I ordered a new device ended up getting a device that someone had previously returned the package was all beaten up and the device didnt even turn on i waited two weeks for delivery and it was a waste of time and money now i was asked to wright in detail what was wrong take pictures re package it haul it to fed ex to ship it back and was told i have to wait untill the company that sells it to get back to me I just want my money back i even paid for the extended warenty and havent heard nothing didn't think walmart would be so dishonest selling used non working merchandise passing it as new
