- U install the baffle
- 1. Remove the old oil seal.
- 1.1 Remove the pulley screw
- 1.2 Insert the seal ring and hook to the inner edge
- 1.3 Insert the hook foot into the reserved hole of the oil seal and rotate the puller
- 2. Install a new oil seal
- 2.1 Put a suitable top end cap adapter into the mounting baffle 2.2 Add the crankshaft pulley backing ring
- 2.3 Finally, install the joint with a suitable seal ring 2.4 Screw in the crankshaft pulley screw
- 2.5 Screw in the bolts to ensure that the oil seal is horizontally pressed into the sealed housing.
- Continue to tighten the bolts until the oil seal is fully inserted. Unscrew the bolts and install the crankshaft pulley.
- Remove the oil seal
- Install the oil seal
