If you don't pack too much, then it could be used for a weekend. You would likely need another small bag to go along with it for any extra items. This bag is perfect for its price. Doesn't look saggy and has the necessary pockets. I had it for a month now and use it for the gym with no signs of wear. No loose threads, zipper falling off, or holes so far.

This is a nice basic bag that I got to take to the gym. The zippers work nicely and the separate pocket for my shoes is a very nice touch. I wear a size 11 and they fit in the pocket with no problem. The bag serves my needs perfectly. And it's just the right size to fit in the lockers at my health club. I was a little concerned, having not seen it in person that it would be too big for the locker, but it worked out well. I definitely recommend this bag, especially at the price point. Considering the asking price of some other bags just because of the name on them, this is a real bargain.
