This is a treasured find! Having a little bit larger shower, its very difficult to find a tension rod, let alone an affordable tension rod. I was elated when this rod came! Not only is it perfect for the shower, but it can also be used to hide away an unsightly area in a dorm room, or something my kids have discovered... It can be used to hold the backdrop for projector movie viewing! It seriously could not be easier to use, you simply twist and turn it. Its very durable, and holds up to 25 lbs so you can buy the fancier shower curtains/liner, I personally bought the heavier curtain rings because we have issues with our young people not understanding that we can hear them through the curtains and through the door and possibly down the street.. They do not need to open and close, open and close the curtains. They come in a bunch of different colors so hey, any decor you want.. Ours is a beach theme. I recommend the Mainstays tension rod, its the most sturdy, versatile, and affordable tension rod I've come across.

This shower curtain rod is sturdy and was easy to install. I added this to my laundry area as a rack for drying item I didn't want to put in the dryer. The bar is clearly marked with instructions on how to tighten into place. Cute little accents at each end too. I recommend this as a great shower curtain rod or you can use it in your laundry area for an airdrying rack.
