Walmart Did Not Help nor Rowland Direct Wholesale?
The feed cups arrived broken and Rowland Direct Wholesale would not reply to me or Walmart about the damage and I had to buy new cups to replace the broken ones. Rowland Direct Wholesale sells the same product on eBay but refused to help me when notified of the problem. Walmart was also useless to help me. I reported to them on 4 occasions and spent over 2 hours on the phone 4 times and always got a different person and none ever helped. They always gave me a canned response that said Rowland Direct Wholesale would contact me in 48 hours and they did not contact me ever and Walmart never followed up eitjher. Both Walmart and Rowland Direct failed me. Beware!!!! You will get NO help from either if you have a problem. I am not even sure Rowland Direct Wholesale is even in the United States.
