Works great on neuropathy.
I looked into vitamins that help with neuropathy and Alpha Lipoic Acid came up. So I decided to try it in combination with vitamin B12. I'm so glad I did because although I have only been using it for a short time, it works! The other unexpected benefit was how my eating habits changed. ALA takes sugars and changes them into energy. Since I started taking it, I have zero desire for any crappy carbs. None whatsoever. I used to make a big pancake almost nightly (the 10 lb mixture from Sam's). I have zero desire to eat one anymore. I recommend this product if you need to lower your sugar levels or have neuropathy.
