I love this thing so far!
When it arrived, the box was a little beat up. And it is a little heavy. However, it was very easy to put together, took about 20 minutes. It looks beautiful, it is firm but feels great on my back and is very comfortable to sit in. I have not slept on it yet, will update whenever I do. It's over all a great purchase! I would highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised and well worth the money!
5 Stars because it is exactly as advertised. NOTE: I did not assemble; not my niche. But, the assembler had it done in less than 15 minutes. If you are looking for Serta Perfect Sleeper or Sleep Number comfort, remember the price and look at the accurate pictures displayed...it is an ottoman first with multiple purposes and is VERY firm. For me it has added some extra seating when more than expected visitors arrive in my small house. It also allows for a single sleep over guest if the night goes late and takes up less floor space, when completely converted to a sleeper, than an inflatable twin mattress. Bonus, my cat's can't puncture it. I myself have tested it as a chaise a couple times. Very easy to covert to and from different uses.
