Warranty information
FXR is a premium apparel company and carries warranty on all FXR products. Satisfaction for every customer is the primary goal with every FXR Racing product. FXR warrants our products to be free of defects in materials, contents and workmanship. Our products fall into two distinct warranty categories: 1. Snow outerwear, helmets, gloves, boots, and goggles are covered under a 3-year progressive warranty. 2. Race Division and Lifestyle collections, along with all other product not listed above, are covered for 1 year. ***WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT*** FXR’S WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IF: • Damage was the result of an accident. • Damage due to improper maintenance, or care. • Damage due to neglect, or normal wear and tear.
