Not Great

Disappointing product, this package is only enough to season about half as much meat as competitors' products. Appears to have less seasonings and more additives than higher quality sausage mixes. I would recommend an A.C. Legg or LEM seasoning product in place of this one.

Excessively salty

I added one packet to 10lbs of fresh ground pork per directions, but it is far too salty. And I am one of those people that likes everything to be much more salty than most people do, too, but neither I or my wife could eat much of this.
