New favorite footwear of all time!

I LOVE these boots! I say they are my favorite footwear, because I don't just wear them for hiking. They go to the store, on dog walks, and they look GREAT! These are the most comfortable shoes/boots I've ever had, and they repel snow and water for sure. I have not tested them in rain or walking through standing water yet though. I just had foot surgery, so I bought them one half size up, but probably was not necessary. They are comfortable with both thinner and thicker socks. LOVE THEM, and they LOOK SHARP too!

Comfortable for hours on the trail

I got these because I got a pair of Steens Polar Boots for fall and winter, and I just love them. These are just as good, but not insulated like the Polar boots, so better for spring. Straight out of the box and out for a hike - just like all my Keens. They're a bit narrower than some Keen styles such as Targhee, but they're just as comfy, very waterproof and wear very well.

Super Comfortable

I just got my boots and wore them on two 10 mile hikes. I didn't break them in before the hikes but they were so comfortable that they didn't need broke in. They were completely waterproof. Stood in water for a minute just to test them out. Only problem with the shoe is that the lace broke after the first time hiking (all I did was tie them, nothing crazy) and I had to find a way to make a broken lace work during the hike. Be prepared to buy yourself some other laces.
