Great except the bottom grate slides out
the only complaint I have is that the metal grate that my bunny and all his stuff sits on slides out with the bottom tray. This means every time I clean his tray I have to take him and everything inside the cage out just to slide the bottom tray open. SOLVED BY ZIP TIES fastening the bottom grate to the bottom of the cage so it no longer sits in the designated slots of the tray. This allows the tray to be pulled out while the bunny and everything remains in the cage. Much easier. Surprised the manufacturer hasn't changed the design to accommodate easier cleaning.
