Horsetail Herb Liquid Extract | 2 oz Supplement for Men and Women | by Horbaach

I've used this brand of horsetail grass extract before with good results, but stopped using it for a while. Now I have repurchased it. I read that you shouldn't use it steadily for more than a couple of months at a time because it might cause B1 deficiency, although from what I can tell, the reports are all pretty vague. I tried the powder in capsule form a month ago, but had a bad reaction to that. I don't remember what happened, but I do remember throwing the whole bottle into the trash can. So I'm back to this one, which does seem to help me. So what does it help me with? I have chronic severe pain and inflammation along with bladder problems and a tendency at dehydration. There are reports that horsetail grass can act as a diuretic. For me, I find that it does that, but that it also seems to make me more thirsty, which is a good thing. Since I seem to drink more when I take it, I also seem to feel less of the chronic pain that might be exacerbated by too many toxins left to circulate in my blood. All this is personal anecdote, but I am not prone to imagining things that aren't there. I have taken numerous suppliments to try to ease my pain and this one really does seem to help, however it may be managing to do so. There also don't seem to be any noticeable bad side-effects. And I really like the taste. I mix 2/3 droperful once a day mixed with a tiny bit of water. By the way, if it might also help my nails, skin, and hair, that would be great. Ask me in another month and I'll tell you if it has.
