Wilton Bake it Simply Non-Stick Mini Donut Pan, 12-Cavity

I love the Wilton Bake it Simply Non-Stick Mini Donut Pan, 12-Cavity pan. It makes twelve mini donuts, or I say little muffins. Instead of just filling them 1/2 way for that donut effect, I filled them up to the top and made little blueberry donut muffins. They were evenly cooked and there was no problem with them sticking to the pan. I used spray oil in them before each use. My advice is when you're finished making the mix make sure you either put it in a piping bag or a ziplock will do to our the batter. That way it is easier and you don't make a mess. Also working with the pan since its non-stick cooking times vary. I had to keep an eye on them when I first used them. The mini donut muffin I made (with the batter filled in each hole) took about 11 minutes. I have used this pan with a variety of different recipes at least 7 times and the pan still looks brand new. If you keep up the maintenance on the pan which is just keeping it oiled after a few uses I use olive oil. Keeps my pan nonstick! I highly recommend the Wilton Bake it Simply Non-Stick Mini Donut Pan, 12-Cavity pan! It's the perfect pan to make some mini treats in.

I love how cute these little mini doughnuts turned out. They make the best little snacks or deserts and are fun to make. The pan is a great size although for my big family I probably need two or three. The cavities are best filled just at that center part, they come out the most authentic when filled to that part. It didn't stick but I also used a cooking spray. The lip makes it easy to grab from the oven. Very easy to wash but again I used cooking spray with each use. Overall, I'm very happy with how these turned out and I would recommend this to others.
