This mirror is listed with a white wooden frame. This is not true. The wooden frame is more of an egg shell/creme color - not white - and it looks "rustic" a.k.a. - the paint job is not smooth and monotone. There are deliberate scratches and darkened spots all over the wooden frame to make it look old. If i wanted old I would not have gotten this mirror. I wanted smooth mice white paint job on the frame - this looks like it came out of my great aunts attic thats been there since WWII
