HoMedics Lumbar Pillow With an Ergonomic Design and 3 Heat Settings

The Lumbar Pillow has solved both. I simply attach it to the back of my seat so it doesn't shift and it alleviates all pain from being in one spot for long durations. When I'm at home I can plug it in to use the vibrations which is a huge plus too. Highly recommend for anyone that needs a little more support in their lower back!
