Cheap product, cheap package at $ 900

I was really disappointed. I spent around $ 900 on a product for a gift. The product looks as if it were a cheap necklace bought at JC Penney. I do not know if the rubies are authentic. The clasp is not good. It arrived in a bag, not even a box. The company has fantastic marketing: brochures, messages, etc. but there is a big gap between the ads and the reality.
