Excellent Tools!
The Proteus Ulu performed better than expected. I used it to help skin a half dozen hogs we butchered last weekend. The ergonomics were awesome while the super sharp and tough blade cut through the hog carcasses like they were butter. We also use Tapered Flex and Gut Hook Bubba blades in our commercial fishing and caviar operation and haven't been disappointed yet!

Everything other knives isn't...
I carved everything from the Thanksgiving Turkey to wooden decoys to hunt over. This is the knife you go to when you're cutting something and you change knives because you aren't sure you have the right one. In my annoying tv ad voice, “ it chops (better) it dices (better) it slices (better) you don't have to put it down to open a beer (better) but please put it down as you swig your beer. Awesome product!!!
