Krusteaz Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix (57 oz.)

This is the best high-protein pancake mix (I have tried at least 4 other brands). My kids say these pancakes are the closest to my homemade buttermilk pancakes! They have a lighter/fluffier texture, so the pancakes are not as dense as other brands. And they are safe for those with peanut allergies, unlike other high-protein mix I used to use before I discovered that my son was allergic to peanuts. I also recommend Krusteaz protein chocolate chip muffin mix. I am online buying more of both mixes, so I decided to review both. I had never tried this brand before, but my family really likes their protein products!
