Item shipped with "packaging" around all parts to prevent them from getting scratched or bent. This chair was easy to put together, and it looks nice. I was "hoping" to use it for my computer, guitar playing, and keyboard. It's a little too tall for the computer desk, but works fine with the keyboard and guitar. (That was MY fault for not measuring my computer desk.) It's also the perfect height for my kitchen bar counters. So it will suffice for multiple "uses". It's not real heavy, and it rolls really good, so it's easy to move around to wherever it's needed.

Slow shipping

The shipping is so slow. Originally said it was going to take 2 days, then it was delayed to 4 days, now it's delayed to 6 days. At this rate I'm not sure when I'll get my product but I would have paid more for a chair with faster shipping or just gone local if I knew shipping would be this slow.
