Universal Retractable Ratchet Straps with Pro III Mount Brackets (31493) by . 1 Pair. Size: 2" W x 7' L. These Clamp-on ratchet straps (sold in sets of two) enable you quickly and safely secure cargo on top of rack. Required by law in some states. Specially designed for your rack. These kits enable one to mount a service body rack on a Stahl GTX style rack with a plastic cap on the back end of the body, or any other brand of service body with side opening boxes. Use these kits when there is a box lock or tail light is in the way that prevents use of the standard rear mount bracket. With these kits, the rear rack legs mount on the top of the service body box. The kit includes two short rear legs, and two mount plates.
