I've read a number of reviews stating that assembly was difficult and that the instructions were hard to follow. To me it was just the opposite. Take your time and common sense. The 4 drawer file cabinet is better then I expected. Drawers roll in and out smoothly, the lock works perfectly, and the finish file cabinet looks great. For the money I'm pleased with my purchase. I ordered it on a Friday evening and received it the following Thursday by FedEx. Came in with absolutely no damage to the box or the file cabinet.

Quality Control Fail

When I ordered the cabinet I thought it would be great due to the price, the lock ,and the style. When I opened the package the top of the cabinet with the lock the was side was bent. I knew immediately it wouldn’t connect to the other parts. Then I checked the other parts some of the other parts were bent as well. Quality control was not a priority for this order. So disappointing because I really wanted the cabinet.

Save your sanity and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Everything went good putting the cabinet shell together but the drawers will make you lose your mind. It doesn’t fully explain exactly how to install the back of the drawer, I just happened to figure it out on my own. Once I had the backs on, it was time to put the drawers in and be done. The drawers will not line up correctly (keep in mind that the drawer rails are pre installed). The drawers won’t close, they overlap each other..it’s ridiculous! Save your sanity and just go buy one that’s already put together!
