It rewards intellectual outstanding contributions to the advancement of the knowledge in a particular field of study which has taken humanity in a positive direction. Its influence and prestige have deeply impacted the world and enhanced science as a vehicle to improve the quest for knowledge as well as to ameliorate the economic condition of societies. This book seeks to expound how the "African Nobel Prize" could significantly contribute to the stimulation of economic and social development in Africa.
