The Messager is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

The product never arrived, and the seller canceled my order a month later without any explanation. This seller, based in China, charged $4.99 for shipping on an item that only cost $1.99, which seems suspicious. What's even more concerning is that the same seller continued to list the neck massagers for sale despite canceling my original order. If they were out of stock, they should have notified me or offered assistance through customer service.
