I bought these for my 12 year old son, as he uses a Chromebook daily for school, and then uses a cell phone for some games and short movies. These have really been a blessing for protecting his eyesight, especially against eye strain from the blue light! Although the age says 5-10, these fit a tween better than anything else I've found, and he's never had them fall off when he's looking down or doing his work. I would definitely recommend these for all young people that spend any time on cell phones or computers!
