Great Value Swiss Block Cheese, 32 oz Chunk

I buy this over and over. I eat it every day for lunch. I am serious. I eat it with a Walmart granny smith apple and GV woven wheat crackers which for some reason are not available.right now. I hope they come back as Great Value Ginger Snaps did. I really missed those when not available for months. The cheese is always good though some blocks are better than others. The one I opened today tasted great. I assume you have different suppliers which is why the taste differs package to package. Wish I could get the maker of what I opened today every time. I have 12 pounds of your Swiss in the frig right now.

I don't actually like swiss cheese at all. But when the holidays roll around there's this cheesy veggie casserole that calls for swiss. It is the only time I can't taste that tangy sour milk flavor that is swiss cheese, and I can't get enough of that casserole. Anyone going to the store for blocks of cheese knows how places have been skimping on the swiss (6oz blocks now and still priced like an 8oz block. they should be ashamed). So I'm thrilled when I find these large blocks of cheese for a decent price. Good job
