It doesn't fit!

I have asked to return this item as it simply doesn't fit! I ordered the smallest size available, but the hat is still to bug. I was supposed to receive a response within 48 hours, which has not happened as of todays date 9/15/25. The quality of the hat is very nice, but the customer service unfortunately is not.
