Good quality but not ribbed option for pet area.
The size is great and appears to be of good quality material. I would not advise getting the ribbed option for a pet area. The grooves are deep and it hurts my feet when I walk over it I cannot imagine it not hurting your pets feet. I actally turned it over to the back side for the area to be covered.

That's a great idea! Each pet is different and you want them to feel comfortable, so this is a great option. When the pattern is on the underside, the vinyl mat is still just as tough, scratch-resistant, and waterproof!
