Tasty Mellow

Drinking a lot of Green Tea with Caffeine in the morning, I wanted a Tasty Mellow Tea to unwind with at the end of the day. Since I grow sage and dehydrate it for future flavoring, I thought I would try the Choice Organics Mint Sage Herbal Tea. I noticed the peppermint and spearmint flavors most with a hint of Sage. It's Tasty and Mellows me out at the end of the day.

Light peppermint taste

The first ingredient is peppermint and you can taste it. I use peppermint tea when I eat more than I should or my stomach needs a little help with digestion. This tea has a mild peppermint taste.
