Difficult to pick up after using.

I loved the idea of a collapsable microwave cover with magnets for storage. This was the second order I placed since I was going to give them as gifts. The magnets held very well but after heating a plate- only one of the loops for picking it up was facing me and when I picked it up to turn it around to get the other loop, it shifted and the silicone on the other side collapsed so I went to pick it up by the top and burnt my hand (not badly) with the steam coming out the top vents. So I have decided not to give them as gifts.

Magnets work well but it's not convenient to collapse it. It takes two hands and isn't worth the trouble so I leave it full size but sometimes it's in the way when I go to put a dish in the microwave. Wish I would have just bought one that had magnets but wasn't collapsible. Would have saved a little money that way.
