The main reason for lens fog is the temperature difference between the air inside and outside the ski goggles, when we wear glasses, there are some good ways to avoid fog, so it is best to pay attention to the following points:

1. Do not pull the ski goggles to the forehead or helmet from time to time, otherwise the hot air will quickly fill in and cause fog;

2. When walking from the indoor to the outdoor, do not rush to put on the ski goggles, so that the face and the ski goggles are properly cooled;

3. Do not put the face protection on the lower edge of the ski goggles, otherwise the hot air breathed out is easy to pour into the ski goggles and cause fog;

4. After skiing every day, take the ski goggles out of the protective cover and dry it in a dry place;
