Once you've got your loose leaf tea, grab your infuser and add your tea leaves to it. For best flavor for black tea, bring water to a boil (208°). Pour hot water over your leaves and let your tea steep for 3-5 minutes. Once the tea is done steeping, remove the leaves and enjoy. The longer you steep, the stronger flavor the tea will have.

I switch from iced tea in warm weather to hot tea in cold weather, and Yerba Maté is my natural choice. I bought the 12 oz bag (because I drink three cups of it in the morning!) and I love that the bag is resealable. Open it up and the tea looks beautiful and smells amazing. Once brewed, it's the perfectly smooth delicious lift that I need to start my day.
