I love the Wave Rider 22. Been hooked on Mizuno's since a runner's speciality store sold me my first ones, at least 10 pairs ago. Great for the serious runner or someone that just wants fashionable running shoes. Provides great cushion for your feet and knees, while staying durable, lightweight, and getting the job done way past the average length of other brands.

Perfect for narrow foot, high arch.

This is the perfect shoe for me: I have a smaller and narrower than average foot for my height, as well as a high arch. I used Brooks shoes for over ten years, but I could tell an instant difference with the Wave Rider 22. Even more surprising, they wore more evenly than the Brooks shoes did, and uneven wear is a persistent problem for my stance type. I bought three more pairs just to be sure I would have them for many years to come! Please do not stop making this shoe!

Wave Rider is my go-to shoe for all running conditions.

Both roads and trails, this is my go-to shoe. Even in wet trail conditions, I prefer the Wave Rider over various trail shoe options as the Wave Rider will drain water easily and don't become heavy. I've been running in the Wave Rider model for several years.
