This bar contains cacao from Ecuador which is then processed in Switzerland - the folks famous for their smooth chocolate products. SO - It's no surprise that these chocolate bars have superb smooth chocolatey taste. Check the ingredient list. Just the bare necessities for a great chocolate bar, with none of the other ingredients found in inferior product. Top notch.

Great flavor just slightly thick
Very good for the price. If they made it slightly thinner (bigger and thinner, don't change the oz so it's the same as Lindt and Ghirardelli's) that would be my only suggestion coming from someone who eats it in the form of a piece of dark chocolate as a little dessert after a meal. It's nicer and more “luxurious” if it kind of snaps as you bite down. Flavor is great, great enough to skip the Lindt and Ghirardelli to save the money, but just slightly thick feeling when you bite down.
