Quality Product, Easy Install

This couldn't have been easier to install. You unplug the OEM fan, unscrew three screws and then just do the reverse to install. The only question I had was ... there was a small metal clip on one of the blades of the fan. My guess was that it was a balancing clip, similar to what you would see on a home ceiling fan. There were no instructions on if this was pre-balanced at the factory or if you were supposed to remove it before install etc. I left it on, and everything seems to work fine. Also I would like to note that the Subaru dealer quoted $300+ dollars to fix the issue. I was able to save $250 by doing it myself using this part. The entire removal and re-insall took 15 minutes and required a screwdriver.
