Broken when received

Just received JQueen double watchwinder. Packed well -- bag within a bag within a box within a box. No external signs of damage. Removed it from packaging, set it on my nightstand, plugged it in, opened the top so I could put my watches on the winder. Never got that far. When I lifted the top, I noticed that the central part (where the watches go and that spins around) was all the way at the bottom of the and, as I discovered, not attached to anything. First thought: I have to assemble this? Open a quick inspection though I saw that that had broken (actually looks like it was yanked hard or pried) from the rotor axle. Need to return and replace. Preferably shipped to the store up the street from me so I can pick it up and open it there.
