I start wearing Kayano for many years (start from Kayano 14). Kayano 25 is the worse generation I've experienced (I feel generation 18 - 24 are very similar and all good), it's hard, lack of elasticity, and the sole is very easy to abrasion （which is a common issue of previous all generations). But, when I start to wear Kayano 26, the familiar feeling comes back, plus, the sole is improved a lot, I've running on it for ~ 50 miles and the sole still like new, while previously generations I can see very obvious abrasion on the outside edge. This is great!

Very comfortable; great fit. Compared to the 24s I was wearing, there seems to be more cushioning in the fore and mid-foot. Very good construction. Also, the blue is very sharp looking (even better than the pictures) without being silly looking like a lot of other shoe colors.
