Verified Purchase

After installation, the fan within the hood did not work. Equator customer service is looking for a local technician to take a look. If he/she cant get it sorted, I will return it. I will look for a different manufacturer for its replacement.

Very loud

This unit is incredibly loud even on the lowest setting, you have to raise your voice to talk. You have to yell at the high setting. I don't understand how they claim it is a 'quiet operation.'
