Severe liver damage may occur if you take. • more than 4,000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours. • with other drugs containing acetaminophen. • 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product. DO NOT USE. • with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist. • in children under 12 years of age. • with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. • if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. ASK A DOCTOR BEFORE USE IF YOU HAVE. • liver disease. • a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis. • glaucoma. • trouble urinating due to an enlarge prostate gland. This has to one of the best sleeping aids I have ever tried in a long time. I suffer from insomnia, so getting 4 plus hours is almost impossible. I want to wake up and feel refreshed. With the brands I have tried in the past I always would wake up feeling groggy. With Unisom I get my 8 hours of sleep, plus I feel wonderful. The pain pill is a plus since I also have headaches. I am able to take one pill to go to sleep and knock out my headache.

This stuff is strong! I took a half of a pill the first time and slept for 12 hrs. and I have a strong constitution. You have to figure out what works for you. I once took NoDoz, drank and Coke and still fell asleep. Be careful with this. It is the real deal!
