Beautiful but not functional

This looks very pretty installed. Unfortunately the sprayer wand is not intuitive at all. I had to google how to use it and it was not easy to find. After finding how to turn it on I could not get it off. So I will not be using anymore :(.

Just OK

I wanted to love this but the handshower attachment drips all over the floor when it's placed in the mount after use. The handle also has a huge radius for turning on and off so the placement next to my bathtub ended up being in a weird spot to make it work.

Looks nice but has issues

I bought this and had it installed. The sprayer leaked from the second use. Now you cannot turn the sprayer off all the way. Seems a lot of people are having the same issue. I could live just fine without the sprayer so if this model comes without it I would love it.
