Restless Legs Supplement
I have suffered with leg cramps for the past ten years. I have been willing to try anything to stop the awful pai in my legs and thighs. I have taken baths, exercised, massages and avoided coffee and other products with caffeine. I have been taking these for 4 weeks. I'm happy to say my RLS has subsided somewhat . I still have aches when I am on my feel over 10 hours a day. But a regular 7 hour shift and I have no aches and pains. This is something I will continue taking to ease the painful leg aches. The pills were ready to swallow a little on the big side but not horrible. Go buy these your legs will be happy

Pleased with product
My husband has problems with leg cramps and jerking at night. He started taking this medication and within just a couple days noticed a big difference. I've seen reviews where people commented about the expense, especially at having to take them 4x a day, but my husband has only been taking it twice a day and still noticed a difference in just a couple days. After a week he lowered the dosage to once a day and still isn't having any issues with the leg cramps or the jerking waking him up. He plans to keep taking this medicine even after our "sample" bottle is gone.
