Best form of vitamin c
Ascorbates are why I started taking EmergenC over forty years ago, but the amount of ascorbates in it is now minimal. This is vitamin c ascorbate, the way EmergenC never was. One the one side you get Vitamin C that is 100% absorbable. On the other side you get Magnesium which our body needs for nearly every biochemical function in our body, and which we are chronically deficient in. These two are in a form that maximizes the absorption of both. Love this stuff! I would like to add that Swanson Vitamins is awesome in all that they do. I used other mass nutrition companies and their health products were often suspect. Swanson I trust and they feel good to take.

Excellent "C" Supplement
This is a great way to get high doses of vitamin C in your daily diet. It doesn't have a citric tang to it, which I like, so I mix this with lemon or lime juice. If taking more than one dose best to span it throughout the day. Morning, afternoon & evening work great.
