Swanson Buffered Magnesium Ascorbate Vitamin C Powder 4 oz Powder

Ascorbates are why I started taking EmergenC over forty years ago, but the amount of ascorbates in it is now minimal. This is vitamin c ascorbate, the way EmergenC never was. One the one side you get Vitamin C that is 100% absorbable. On the other side you get Magnesium which our body needs for nearly every biochemical function in our body, and which we are chronically deficient in. These two are in a form that maximizes the absorption of both. Love this stuff! I would like to add that Swanson Vitamins is awesome in all that they do. I used other mass nutrition companies and their health products were often suspect. Swanson I trust and they feel good to take.

I usually take this just before I go to sleep. I helps me relax better. I find that this powder works faster than the pills. It is also a better value. That is why I keep ordering it. My kids take it now too. It has a nice tart taste at first, but if you don't like it, just wait a few minutes and it goes away.I also like how I can adjust every dose to my needs for the day.
