Purchased 2 of these chairs in November for the beach. Took 1 of them out 2/12 for the first time and was so disappointed. The arms would not lock in place to keep back of chair in upright position. Had to pull the back up with my hand from reclining position only to have it fall back down again. I purchased the warranty and hope they will be covered.
