[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the cooling sensation of the Mineral Ice Gel. I rubbed it on my joints and my pain was relieved. It really did work! The only thing I did not like was the intensity of the menthol smell.The odor took over my room. The menthol smell was too strong.

However, the icy sensation was immediate and it lasted much longer than other products I had tried such as Deep Heat. There was a big reduction in the pain in my shoulder and neck which lasted well into the next day. Hope I can purchase more of this product when my current sample runs out.
