Nice but Sizing is a problem

The bracelet is beautiful but sizing is an issue. If you order the proper size for your wrist It's impossible to squeeze over your hand as it does not open or adjust in size. When you go up in size it fits over your hand but is extremely loose on the wrist. Consequently the blue disc flips showing the reverse or hangs down in an unappealing fashion.
