Ignorant people

At first I thought the prong collar was very expensive, but because so many people recommended it I purchased it anyway. I had reviewed videos on proper use and when it was introduced to our Boerboel she became well mannered almost instantly. I am totally impressed. The prong collar is only used when using a leash and yet when she hears the jangle of the collar being picked up she comes running. The leash now stays slack most of the time. The only negative I have other than price is that large breeds grow quickly and there aren't enough extra links. I purchased a 23" collar for a 5 month old puppy, and at 8 months it's too tight to use. I'm impressed enough to buy another, but of a style that doesn't attract negative comments from ignorant people.
