Since it is made for a shower door, and not a towel rack, it hangs at an angle. However after much trial and error, I placed a plastic cup in the center behind the lower rack, and now it hangs straight. When I check the the TOA it said a week from the current date, however the tracker said it was on the other side of Staten Island. It arrived the next day!
