What you should do if damage/lost does occur when the shipment reaches you.
- 1. Take picture of any evidence of the damage/lost that happens during transportation.
- 2. Refuse to receive the shipment. DO NOT sign the Bill of Landing and ask delivery driver to return the shipment to sender (there should not be extra cost/surcharge for doing so).
- 3. Contact our customer support with picture and information about the damage, our customer service will guide you through the replacement process.
