Adults 12 Years and older: Once daily, spray 2 times into each nostril while sniffing gently. Once allergy symptoms improve, reduce to 1 spray in each nostril. Children 2 to 12: An adult should supervise use. One daily, spray 1 time into each nostril while sniffing. Children under 2: Do not use.

Instructions

Get a new before ready (primed) before first use, prime bottle again if not used for more than 2 weeks ,use the spray, clean the spray nozzle

As someone who struggles with allergies all year round this is a nasal spray that really works! It doesn't have the horrible flower smell and gives me relief within minutes of using it . It's nice that it only has to be used once a day.
