Super cheap quality.

I had high hopes despite there being no reviews. Pros: - No assembly other than putting in some screws to hold up the bar. - folds up nicely and FLAT! - not terribly heavy - Simple controls for walking Cons - The components are SO cheap. The screws to adjust the tread stripped out immediately. - The running board is chip board and was installed crooked so it made a horrible creak everytime I took a step since it was rubbing against the frame. - The remote's quality was actually laughable. I've seen higher quality at the dollar store. That being said, it did work. - The tread mat is super thin. I wouldn't think it would hold up to anything more than walking. - You can't adjust the feet if your floor isn't exactly level. I returned it. If it had been higher quality materials it would have been perfect for what I wanted.
