Backyard cooking has never been better!

This is such a deal! I bought this as my mother's day gift to myself and do not regret this purchase one bit!! It is easy to assemble and so easy to use. I used expert grill lump coal and hickory wood chips. I put my pizza in at 700 degrees and rotated every 15 seconds...anything higher than that would burn my pizza. The price on this is unbeatable.

Get one of these, great product!

This pizza oven is perfect. Very easy to put together, just 4 legs. It is much bigger than the pictures look, I was surprised. So far I have done one practice pizza as they suggest and the had a family pizza night for MLK day. Went very well. Use gloves, the oven gets hot. I cooked 6 pizzas in about 10 minutes, all but one of them came out perfectly, I burnt one because I forgot about it when cutting the other pizzas. It comes with a small recipe book, this weekend I am going to try the butterflied chicken from the book, never intended using the oven to roast a chicken but sounds like a tasty idea.

For the price, this pizza oven can't be beat!

I was concerned about the potential quality of this oven but when it dropped below $100 I decided to get it. So.... wow! This thing is heavy and well built. The door isn't insulated like on the more expensive models but overall the quality appears to be top notch. I loaded it up with good lump charcoal, which I recommend above briquets because it seems to heat up faster than what others say they got with briquets, and it just worked. If you are going to make more than one pizza, add charcoal before you cook the first one because it hits the peak and then the temp starts dropping. Overall, I love the way the pizza comes out and at least for mine, it was four 20 second turns and the pizza was completely done. Get a 14" peel to go with this oven and you will be set.
